Immune‑evasive iPSCs:
StemEdit™ Hypoimmune Lines
In REPROCELL’s new StemEdit human iPSCs Lines, the genes B2M and/or CIITA are knocked out, effectively suppressing HLA class I and/or HLA class II expression. These off-the-shelf iPSC lines are ideal for immuno-compatibility studies and cell therapy research.
Parental iPSC cell lines are also available.
